CedCommerce Amazon Channel

I'm saying this with regret, but this has been a huge disappointment.
I've been trying for two weeks, but the app keeps throwing errors — despite providing all required information correctly. Both the SKU and barcode are valid, and the system even says the product was uploaded, yet due to the error, it never appears on Amazon.

However, when I enter the exact same product manually on Amazon, it works in two minutes without any issues.

Unfortunately, your customer service is even worse than the app itself. They don’t provide real support, only superficial replies, and always blame Amazon without offering actual solutions.

Among all the Shopify apps I've used, this one has by far the weakest customer service.
As things stand, I’m not satisfied with the app at all and will be uploading my products directly to Amazon from now on.

Amazing app! The customer support is top-notch. I had an issue I couldn’t resolve, so I reached out via chat. I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products.

Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app

Die amazon integration schläft permanent fehl. Es wirft error ohne Ende und der Support ist alles andere als eine Hilfe. Leider haben sie es nicht in drei Wochen geschafft das fehlende Attribut zu implementieren. Irgendwann hat der Support angefangen mich und meine Anfragen zu ignorieren. Sehr schade!

Wir sind mittlerweile sehr zufrieden mit dem Anbieter.

Zu Beginn gab es bei der Anbindung und beim Listing unserer Produkte auf Amazon einige Herausforderungen und technische Probleme. Inzwischen wurden diese jedoch gelöst und die Zusammenarbeit funktioniert sehr gut.

Wir konnten unseren Amazon-Vertrieb erfolgreich aufbauen und nutzen die Schnittstelle mittlerweile ohne größere Probleme. Auch bei Rückfragen bekommen wir Unterstützung und können unsere Produkte zuverlässig über den neuen Vertriebskanal anbieten.

Insgesamt sind wir mit der Entwicklung und der aktuellen Zusammenarbeit sehr zufrieden und können den Anbieter weiterempfehlen.

We have massive problems with the handling time the tool is communicating to amazon.
Every time I try to reach the support, I get a new person who is not knowing about the issue. The problem is still there since weeks!
No end in sight!
Basic functions seems to work propperly but if you are a professional seller with different handling time for individual products for example, this took might not the right choice for you.
