Ellos hicieron un trabajo excelente. desde la presentacion de mi problema le dieron un seguimiento perfecto. me pidieron los accesos de mi thema y fueron muy cuidadosos. ahora todos los registros evenos y demas estan perfectamente integrados. ya las conversiones de mis redes sociales y otras mas estan perfecto.

It is quite an expensive app and in advance you have the feeling that this will be a ready-made plug and play installation.
In the end we are dozens of emails further for our 2 shops, quite a lot of integration work has been done and adjustments also have to be made in the theme files (in javascript and liquid, error-prone for the future). In addition, there is also no standard setting for server side tracking of the gtm container and this also had to be done manually.
In the meantime, a lot more is being tracked, but only half of the orders seem to be visible in analytics. Overall I am not very satisfied considering the amount we pay for it and I consider looking for alternatives.

Update after a few months: They have managed to fix the tracking issues and errors in our shops. Now, all orders (that can be measured because of cookie legislation) are being tracked and sent to GA4. However, I still find it a very expensive app for what you get in return and the amount of work it took to finally get it to the level we have now.

Incredibly fast and precise tracking! We've had couple of issues regarding tracking on a multilingual store: no ad conversions on some languages and double on others, missing data on GA4... So we've decided to move forward with Analyzify on February 2024. Everything went right since then, all our issues were fixed and we can now rely on our tracking again. Even when Checkout extensibility update came in, the support team was really helpful. We're really happy with the service! Thanks

Funktioniert ausgezeichnet, hat uns viel Arbeit und Nerven erspart. Die App ist verständlich aufgebaut und einfach zu bedienen. Ich habe die Einrichtung von Analyzifiy übernehmen lassen, der Support ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Alles in allem super Erfahrung, würde ich wieder kaufen.

Outstanding support level! The Analyzify team trememdously helped us setting up our tracking. Their datalayer logic and overall setup usability is really logical and helps speed up any theme setup. Even months later, after a page upgrade, they jumped in and fixed some non-standard tracking events in lightning speed and quality.

Installation was easy and fast, the Analyzify team was very helpful and supportive. We were personally supported by an employee via email during setup and even with little knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking, everything was easy to understand. All data flows are working properly and we can now exploit the full potential of our shop.
