Excellent app that combines multiple great apps in one. Countdown Timer Bar, Announcement Bar, and Web Push Notification. Works great.
I'm using the free version so maybe that's why not sure but the bar disappears for no reason now and then. It's not scheduled or anything.

The timer bar is quite cool and working! It's a good tool to create some urgency during some big sale events, but not sure if the web push is working - anyone knows
