Customer service really is amazing :)
We recently installed the AOV .ai Bundle App and it has been working absolutely brilliantly for us. The setup was smooth, and the functionality has already started adding real value to our store.
We reached out to support for a few custom tweaks and were genuinely impressed by how fast and helpful they were — super responsive and easy to work with.
We’re extremely happy with the experience so far and can highly recommend this app to anyone looking to create bundle deals and boost their offer. Lots of great features and a really solid team behind it.
Great support from Tiffany! It was a pleasure speaking with her. She did an excellent job resolving my issue quickly and professionally. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and truly appreciate her assistance. Highly recommended!
This is incredible - like everyone else I'm going to say that on top of an insanely easy to use app, the customer service is astoundingly good. What little cannot be customized yourself in the app with checkboxes and buttons they can do and you don't wait. I worked with Annie. She was incredible. Honestly, one of the best apps we have installed.
Annie is amazing very patient even when I was struggling. Highly recommend, thank you so much!
