I downloaded the apps and subscribed to them, and I uninstalled them right after, as it did not serve anything. I sent an email for a refund, but I never got any response

We did process your refund 2 days ago and sent a confirmation email at that time. It seems the email may not have reached you. Could you please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for a message from us?
You can also verify the refund directly in your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing. The charge should already reflect as refunded there.
