I was looking for an online clothing store for a few years now and played around with a bunch of platforms. Apliiq's UI and seamless integration into Shopify helped tremendously. But what stood out the most is their customer success team. They will take calls for you at any time and walk you through each step. This really helped me to start selling and creating. The team at Apliiq are rockstars, every time I need to check a detail or make sure something is just right, they are there for me. I love their approval process which means for new designs, the team checks the specs of the artwork to ensure quality printing. The range of products Apliiq offers are quality and diverse. For embroidery in particular, Apliiq is unchallenged by the competition in my experience. Additionally, they offer white labeling of your designs which allows for a truly branded experience for your customer.

At Apliiq, a human reviews every file you submit for production to check for small errors or mistakes that could impact the quality of the finished product. An artist will improve or recommend improvements to your file for you. This service is included for free with all orders and allows Apliiq to ensure the highest quality finished products available. Great products, comfy threads, helpful support team. They can pretty much do anything you need, you just need to reach out and connect directly with them and they'll be responsive. Good place for POD with nice products, but make sure you stay in touch in case they have alterations or adjustments to your orders.

There are 2 Kimberyly's (Cabral and Barrios) at Apliiq that have helped me and both are awesome. they have always answered my questions, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and always always always kind. I appreciate all that they do to help me and point me in the right direction. The designs are colorful and the embroidery is top notch. Customer Service is definitely top tier! Hands down I love apliiq's merch, you wont be disappointed.

Apliiq has great customer service. I had questions related to the TikTok Shop and their shipping/fulfillment process and they were able to walk me through the process. They are very patient and do their best to answer any questions you might have.
They have also fixed my concerns with adjusting the size of print areas. All around a great help. Peter Lamb is a phenomenal representative of Apliiq.

I have had the best experience with David. He was so helpful and patient with all my needs in order to get the best results possible for printing.
When he called me to go over the specs for printing I was assured that Apliiq cared enough to get the best results for my product.
