Merchants describe this as a straightforward yet powerful solution for custom forms and access control, especially for wholesale and B2B. It’s easy to set up, works immediately, and supports complex workflows like dealer registration, returns, and page locking for approved accounts. Forms integrate well with Shopify accounts, look professional, and reduce manual admin. Support is consistently praised as fast, friendly, and highly willing to implement customizations.

I need the app for a B2B Shop. Customer Service is really good. The app is really good, too.
Thank you for your wonderful review.
It has some plus points that you can add wholesale account registration but is very klonky, feels outdated, is pointlessly confusing to navigate and there are no filters or protection from spam signups with fake accounts unless you manually have to reject/approve every registration.
Thank you for your honest feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry for any confusion you faced while using the app. It seems there may have been a small misunderstanding regarding spam protection. Our app does include functionality to prevent fake or spam registrations, and you can easily enable Google reCAPTCHA within your form settings for added security.
We’d love the opportunity to walk you through the features and help you set everything up smoothly. Please let us know a convenient time for you, and we can arrange a Google Meet to assist you step by step.
Looking forward to your response.
The app functions perfectly! I Requested a few adjustments, and they addressed my additional requests and implemented those features within a day. Great App and Customer Support!
I hope they continue to grow and create more apps.
Thanks again.

SureCust Forms Builder & Locks is a game-changer for our store. The form builder is incredibly flexible, allowing us to collect the exact customer information we need — all without any coding. The locking feature is equally powerful — we've been able to restrict access to wholesale pages and special collections with ease.
The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the support team is responsive and helpful. If you're looking for an app to build custom forms and control access to parts of your store, this one is a must-have.
Highly recommended!
