The support team was incredibly helpful and patient. They quickly identified the issue with our bundle setup and fixed it directly in our theme as a goodwill gesture. The app works perfectly now, child products are correctly added to orders and inventory is tracked. Highly recommended!

It has been smooth until one day the App didn't work when I have a lot of products added to an order. I let the customer go with the products, and agreed to send invoice once the volume discount issue is sort. I spent a lot of time in troubleshooting and contacted the team immediately. The team is usually helpful and fast in problem solving but this time the silent is worrying. As our online store is opening 24/7, timing is crucial and unfortunately we have to look elsewhere for the solution.

Having bundle and volume pricing is one of our goals to move to Shopify. Appstle was highly recommended by our Shopify development company. After a series of comparisons and we have decided to go with this app.

We didn't involved in the setup but it seems feasible to do for the non-technical person. During the setup we were told that the volume function only worked by clicking the pre-defined volume boxes, and it doesn't incorporated with the desired quantity inserted. Thanks to their responsive team, it got resolved quickly.

So far, no hiccups for the website launching. We are very pleased with the analytic insights of the bundle/volume conversions. The customer service responsiveness is unbeatable.

Team was great at resolving issue, they provided detailed instructions and help with a migration to the app. They also looked for other ways they could help outside of the original request.
