Shawn was EXCEPTIONAL. So patient and helpful. He gave me screen shots and helped me step by step resolve my issues. He was online with me for several hours on and off helping and patiently waiting as I checked my website made changes and he even jumped in and made some corrections for me. Excellent service.

Great app with extremely robust bundling capabilities and a wide range of customization options right out of the box. The interface is clean, intuitive, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify.

What really stands out is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and available whenever help is needed. We also use Appstle Subscriptions, and the two apps work together smoothly, which makes managing bundles and recurring products much easier.

The Appstle engineers have been incredibly helpful. They offered a free fix rather than pushing for additional paid subscriptions, which is a rare and much-appreciated level of service in this day and age.

There are things here and there that could be improved with the app itself, but they seem to be working on improvements regularly. Often times whatever I was having trouble with gets fixed before I even make a suggestion.
