Figuring out all the little details of this app has been somewhat tricky, but the customer service is EXCELLENT and they have helped me with everything I've needed. 5/5 experience, highly recommend to anyone considering this service.

Super helpful support (real people and no bots). Always available at any time of day, and they even provide personalised step-by-step videos for when things get a little too technical for messages.

Slightly confusing navigation at first, but it's making more sense each day we use it.

I found the app super easy to get set up and working. I needed to contact support once about emails and they were super efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
