I'm currently setting up a membership program for my small business, Blue Butterfly Boutique, and my experience with Appstle has been wonderful!

As someone new to offering memberships, I had quite a few questions about subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and customer access. Stefán has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!

He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn't just answer my questions — he helped me understand how the system works, walked me through troubleshooting, and even offered to help customize my membership emails to match my business branding.

What I appreciate most is that he made me feel like my small business mattered. I never felt rushed or like my questions were a bother.

Helped a lot in fixing some technical issues, so I think it is easier to integrate than Appstle Subscriptions

Great experience so far, I had issues at the beginning of my journey using this app - turns out it was actually a Shopify issue not this apps issue but the team helped me out anyway and sorted everything out for me! Fast replies and super helpful, very happy with this app so far!

Harris and Mona are the absolute BEST! I am so happy that I decided to choose Appstle for my membership and subscription apps. I have never experienced such great customer service in my life when it comes to working with an online chat service. They both responded to my question within 30 seconds, LITERALLY! Harris initially helped me set up their membership app about a week ago and then I messed around and installed a drop shipping app to my store and when I went to remove my products from their dashboard, it wiped out my entire catalog. I had to start from scratch, but I THANK GOD, For Appstle's remarkable customer service.
