Inventory Management ‑ Assisty

I use this app to generate hourly sales reporting via their Slack bot. It's super user friendly and helpful for merchants who are on the basic shopify plan and need more robust reporting. Most importantly, the Assisty team was extremely responsive and focused on tweaking their existing solution to meet my needs. I can't recommend them enough. Give this app a try - you'll love it!

Excellent Reporting app. I can't believe it is FREE! There is not much you will miss out on if using this app. Other apps are good, but not nearly as intensive in the number of reports available by #1 Inventory and Sales Reports.
Juliana was able to assist and enable some advanced reports for me. She is very good and very quick to help me in my requests. So happy she is on the #1 Inventory reports team!

I needed an app to help me keep track of stock value for insurance and financial tax year purposes. I don't have a huge turnover so I was looking for a free option. I'm so glad I came across Assisty. It provides me with everything I need and more! I had some issues syncing my stock to the report results but I contacted Steve and he was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He sorted the issue and helped me understand it better. I would highly recommend this invaluable (yet, free!) App :)

I am in process of consolidating multiple locations and was looking how to manipulate some inventory, I got a "request chat" bubble. At midnight eastern time I was expecting a "chat people are not online" message. But a help person called Emily came online quickly, figured out what I was trying to do from my rather incoherent description, and enabled some things so I could do the report, the whole time Emily made me calm down as she was so systematic and calm. I really appreciate the service from #1 Inventory and Sales Reports, I am impressed

When we first downloaded the app, we where not happy as the report which we where looking for was not available, while uninstalling the app we found a whatapp number of Mr Steve on the exit page, we just though of writing to him, to our surprised, Mr steve wrote back to us asking what kind of report we need, we gave him our requirement and today (17/01/2022) we get the message from Mr. Steve & team that the report which we where looking for was ready and built in the APP. Honestly this was least expected and we are happy to say that the developers of this app are grounded and are ready to work towards the customers need and satisfication. Thank you TEAM and we wish you all the success. ---A Happy APP user who have reinstalled the APP and happy to recommend to others.

Used to build my own Excel sheet to make sure I purchase on time, but this app saves a lot of time and make sure I have everything in stock. Shows immediatly when and how much to order.

I wanted to make sure that in an inventory app the Bundle products are correctly integrated and are translated into single products, that works fine.

The dashboards can be in the beginning overwhelming. Therefore I recommend to book the demo. Rio from customer service helped me patiently step by step to make sure I look at the correct data and helping priotizing the data. Thanks again Rio!

I had a $19 monthly subscription that allowed me to use the replacement feature, but now it suddenly stops working and tells me to pay $20 more, which is the new price of $39.

A lot of features suddenly got cut off and you have to pay more.
