I don't use the software, but I did get an overview of it. It looks good, it would just be a lot for us to adapt it at this point. The support from the overview call by Alex was great. He answered all my questions, understood my issues, and was able to give great support.
Darius has been truly helpful in demonstrating the features of Assisty, which are exactly what we have been looking for. In the coming weeks, we will test the platform and determine the practicality of the system and the value add, which we believe can be positive. Darius has also arranged follow up meetings for any questions or support we may we need. A pleasant experience thus far.
