I can't use the interface from my iphone. This is problematic. I'm going to look for something better soon.

I’ve been using this app for three months and I love it! It always works and requires no effort at all.
Excellent Australia Post shipping app for Shopify. Setup was straightforward and it integrates cleanly with the Shopify admin, making it easy to generate labels and manage orders without leaving the dashboard.
What really stood out was the support. Subham jumped straight onto a video call with us when we ran into an issue and had everything diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Fast, knowledgeable support like that makes a huge difference when you're running a busy store and need labels working immediately.
The app does exactly what we need and the support team clearly cares about helping merchants succeed. Highly recommend for any Shopify store using Australia Post.
Great App overall, I just hate how it now takes you to another screen before you can print labels and how when you select your custom packaging it doesn't just stay on that custom packaging drop down tab and reverts back to Aus post packaging. little things that just add time that weren't there before the update.
Super simple setup, always reliable - just works.
EDIT: Worked so well we actually had to stop using it once it helped us grow past what we could do ourselves. We needed a dedicated fulfilment service, bitter sweet to be cancelling but such a great and easy app to use to help get setup and growing!
Will always use when setting up stores in the future :)
VERY GOOD APPS
Makes printing postage labels so much more convenient.
App works well. Free plan has 30 free labels per cycle (not entirely sure if this is monthly, etc - assuming it is), although it has not reset for me automatically as of yet. Have had to contact support to reset the count, but they have always been helpful in doing it. Would like to see an option to save certain settings as defaults (label type etc.). Otherwise it's been easy to use. Not sure about larger scale though. No comment on that.
