Merchants say this app makes Australia Post label generation and printing fast and easy, saving hours each week and streamlining fulfilment directly in Shopify. They highlight accurate, flexible shipping rates and rules, including contract rates, margins, zones, weight-based packaging, exclusions, and flat-rate options. Bulk label features and fair pricing are appreciated, especially for small businesses. Many describe customer support as exceptional, with rapid, hands-on help via Zoom, phone, and clear documentation.
Configuration via the FAQ made the setup of the connection to Aus Post very easy. A follow up tech setup call provided clear instructions and made the system easy to implement. In addition, some great suggestions on how to optimise the config was appreciated.
