The tracking is not updated in time. Sometimes, it updates the tracking on time, sometimes it doesn't. When I asked why, they got back to me after 3 days. Given the short shipping window for TikTok and amazon, that's too late.

Easy to use so far,i hope the support is good when im going to need it,i used few years ago and for sure the app are improved
