Decent App. Still getting off the ground in product selection they need to add etsy, I cant find books and cd yet but im sure they are there.

Wow... That was easy!
Quick integration, imported items from Walmart, and Amazon in a few seconds. Love the interface. the support team was very quick to respond with a minor question I had about one of the "buy accounts". this is the ultimate dropshipping system for any website.
This has been an amazing app! It has really save us SOOOOO MUCH TIME! We love the constantly updated features automating our business more and more every day. Super worth it!

I was charged $55 x 2 on two accounts that I had already cancelled. The developers of the app get away with it by charging your credit card, and avoiding Shopify payments. I was charged without consent, cancelled my account, and was told no refund would be given for the requested amounts of $55 over two accounts. Mind you, during this time, the software did not work and we were unable to even load eBay products onto the different stores.

Be assured that we looked into this issue deeply, and these are the conclusions I managed to get:
It seems like this misunderstood happened because you have 3 different AutoDS accounts, 2 of them are still active. This explains why you were charged after the trial ended in both accounts.
Please note, this happened because you didn't cancel the accounts and when you registered, you agreed to have recurring payments.
I do understand your specific case and I would love to help you out with a solution but we didn't manage to get a reply from you.

I used this app to automate the dropshipping for my 3 online spaces and it will save me huge amounts of time by automating the fulfilment, my weakest area and find the hottest, trending items on Amazon. I'm excited to see how it helps me to progress to the next level. I love that it provides multiple well-known dropshipping companies but wish I could supply a couple of my favourites not there presently
