Customer service is amazing too, the time difference between the US and Aus can be quite challenging at times though, 24 hour support would be amazing to have one day.

Best plugin for discounts (I tried them all). Has the most features and functionality. UI/UX could be improved, but support was very helpful when I was having issues finding what I wanted to do.

So far this app has been the only one that was able to help me with my needs that I wanted to do for my promotion campaign.
I wanted to do that if someone would order a certain amount of items, they would enter a certain percentage tier for their discount. But, to unlock this the minimum order value had to be €50.
Most apps could do one or the other but not both.
But this app could, and when I ran into issues I contact the support team and what a service!
They implemented the code on the website for me, and for our other store as well.
And made sure that everything was working and that I was satisfied, I really did not expect this but I am looking forward to the results of the sale :)
The "success fee" was not something I was keen on, but it is free to use and based on your needs you can change that.
But seeing that this was the only app that could help me, I honestly don't mind anymore :)

This app is so robust -We use it to hyper-customize discounts and gifts with purchase. The functionality is much greater than what Shopify offers out of the box, and the service is fast, friendly and helpful!

Just started using, but like what I see so far. Our use case was to allow sales reps to get a large discount up to a maximum savings of a certain number of dollars.

We have using this app for a few years now, but recently had an issue. I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly. Ron was amazing, he created videos for me to follow so I could see what I had done incorrectly, which was super helpful. Having this kind of support is amazing. With this app I found it very easy to create a tiered gift with purchase. We wanted to do a "Buy $100, get a free $10 gift card, buy $200, get a free $20 gift card, buy $300, get a free $30 gift card". This made it so easy!
