Avada GDPR Cookie Consent

Just starting to use this application and need some support, so I went through the online chat service and was introduced to Hana who assisted me all the way through the setup process.

We decided to use AVADA over the 'Customer Privacy' APP because of it's ability to be moved to the bottom of the page, and thus, being less intrusive for the user. Removing the "Powered By..." branding is an extra step which we would prefer not to have to take, however Hana made it very easy and was every helpful! Thanks!

I needed to be able to change the location of our cookie opt in bar and this worked perfectly. It was easy to setup and looks professional, with the features we required. I needed some help with something which was achieved instantly via the app Chat widget, thanks to Jasmine and Tony who were quick to solve my issues. Great app

As a new user to Shopify I was having some challenges setting up my Cookie bar and Privacy information. I reached out to support and Jasmine was extremely helpful. She was very patient, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I wouold recommend this app. Great customer support. No issues with the app otherwise.

This app serves our purposes perfectly. I've given the app 5 stars as Prakash was extremely helpful in removing the AVADA branding and enabling more theme choices. However, it is disappointing that removing the branding and enabling themes (all of which are free), is not simply provided by default. The fact that it required 15 minutes of my time, and their time, is mind-numbingly frustrating and unnecessary.

Great app to cover your bases with respect to cookie consent. Even better support! Hallyfe helped figure out a JSON error which was only occurring in a Brave browser. Once he guided me to disable the Shields on my site, the consent bar popped right up working correctly. Best part about his support was his online demeanor. I knew immediately from our communications he knew his stuff creating confidence the issue would be resolved.

I’ve been using the Avada Cookie Bar for a few months now, and I’m really happy with it. The app is super easy to set up, and the customization options are fantastic— I was able to make the cookie bar match my store’s design perfectly. It’s helped me stay compliant with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) without any hassle, and my customers find it clear and easy to use.
