Avada Order Limits Quantity

So far it's doing exactly what I want it to. Limiting our customers to a quantity of specific products from a collection. Support thus far (Olivia) has been helpful and quick to answer any questions.

Iris from support understood my issues and was able to resolve them quickly. Very happy with this app. I tested a lot of different ones and none of them did all the things I needed but this one ticks all the boxes.

So far, it has functioned well and integrates seamlessly into both products and the checkout process, with the ability to be branded. I think it is very affordable too. In our case, we have to sell by box quantity (tile, flooring, etc.), which varies between each product/vendor, so being able to set limits by multiples is really nice. My only complaint is that the filtering capabilities for adding specific products to limit rules are fairly limited, which can make it difficult to find the correct product out of thousands of items in our store. Each limit has a max of 50 products, which is fine- I just had to create another identical limit to fit more products.

Had a small technical glitch and Oliva did an amazing job helping me to get things dialed in via the chat assistance!!!

They are mind-blowing Service Providers... I came to the support system recently and surprisingly got Kevin & Anivia... They help me within 20 minutes..... I thought they can't help me, and I am planning to cancel the subscription, but they surprised to me and solved the problem... I am facing a problem, the Cart Page is not showing Limitation... It's a problem for my Customer.... They fix the issue. Thank Kevin & Anivia...

The app is very useful and easy to set up. The checkout validation feature works perfectly and helps manage minimum order rules efficiently. Kudos to the Avada support team for their quick and helpful assistance. Great job

Easy to use, but didn't initially work with our purchased theme (Warehouse). Sent a support request, and literally within a couple hours (and a couple back and forth emails to fine tune things) it was up and running exactly as we needed. They helped us fix the code that was causing it to not work. Fantastic response time, great support. Highly recommended.

The Avada Order Limits app has been working really well for us and does exactly what we need. I am setting up the store for launch, and found the app very well crafted until now. I especially found very useful the option to use only the checkout order limit quantity validation rule, which allows to block checkout if the rule set in the app is not met. I also would like to thank Pamela for her kind and friendly support, which provided me with clear and detailed explanations!

This app does exactly what we needed, setting order limits with full flexibility. The interface is easy to use and the features are very effective. But what really stood out was the support.
