Super, il manquait un système de facturation automatique dans shopify et dans cette application, non seulement il est possible de créer un template pour la facturation, mais aussi pour le bon de commande, le bon de livraison et la notre de crédit. En plus, les tempêtes s'adaptent à la langue désirée. Très bonne application que je recommande. MERCI

This app makes it super easy for customers (especially B2B) to easily download a PDF copy of their invoice directly from their order confirmation. When I needed to have the company name of customers added to the invoice template, the developer promptly responded and made that change for me. Very happy with this app. When we started using AVA, we had some issues with our template not printing correctly after making some modifications and the team were very helpful in fixing this for us. I was not happy with this app and have deleted; it will not print an updated version of an order, and it will not print a draft order. My primary issue is that when an order was edited (before fulfillment) it would not print an updated copy. Also did not show the line item discounts, instead bundled all discounts in a single line item at bottom of order.

Easy to edit. We are a company in Turkey and some of the translations are kind of "not compatible". They are negligible though. The only downside for me is that you have to print every template seperately. For example "Order printe app" lets you print both the invoice and the label at the same time. With Avada, you have to choose what to print. Label, invocie etc.

1) I needed help previewing my invoice, and there was a huge problem that Abby and Liz helped me out with so much! I got exactly what I needed, 10/10 experience. 2) I got in touch after hours with a huge problem with my invoices, I woke up and found that Fennic fixed it up for me! I'm so happy with their quick fix and work ethic. Thank you Fennic and the Avada team!

Experience problem this morning, contacted support Fennic and thinking to give it a day to solve it (that's how the other app work) in fact, they respond immediate and have it fixed immediately. First time contacted support for help and it was an amazing experience! And also I love the way it allowed us to customize the invoice template into the style matching our brand with very simple steps!

Also in the free version you can implement a download link in shopify order emails for the costumer to download the invoice! Very useful and great help team! I highly recommend!
Auch mit der kostenlosen Version kann man einen Download link in die ohnehin von shopify an den Kunden gesendeten Emails einfügen. Alternativ eine separate Email mit der Rechnung als PDF. Funktioniert alles hervorragend!

The app is very useful to provide updated invoices to our customer. It is imperative for us to be able to send the right information to our customers, and when we have any issues at all, the support team is always eager to help. This time was Julianna and Hana that helped me solve our problem. It is great to have access to someone on the spot to check anything that may be wrong. We appreciate it.

The support is fantastic in all aspects. They respond quickly, they understand the requests and they make things happen. This app makes a much better looking invoice than in Excel and 1,000 times faster. Can't say enough about AVADA and this app. I have contacted them twice regarding formatting that I needed and all of the reps are on top of their game. Really great process, system, and App they have.
