I used the app to print orders, invoices, & packing slips. It was very easy & looks very professional and easy to install. I would not change a thing It really is an asset to my store back end.

Awesome customisable templates, all what you need from invoices, to order sheet, and packing slip and so much more. Tech support helped me efficiently to solve some questions as I'm not techy. Really good job !

Super app, free, ideal for shipping and invoice documents. Excellent App, Excellent Support, Fast and Responsive. Different types of documents, all essential for a good e-commerce. We highly recommend the use, beware of similar.

How is this not built into Shopify it is perfect. Liz was able to get me up and running in seconds and we were able to put the app to use immediately. Completley configurable and fully featured, I am not sure why you would use anything else

We have been testing this app for near a month and they support is just superb and very quick and pleasant. they try their best to understand customer needs and propose a solution for it. Lydia was my support agent and Tech guy "Tony" was dev who solved my problem. Jasmine and Esther also helped tremendously. I whole heartily approve of this app.

Fennic is a gem. Helped us to get our issue resolved quickly with a stop gap solution (we were on a delivery deadline), then committed to helping resolve the larger issue. A great company with quick support and willing to help. Our invoices look professional and we feel confident that any programming issues that come up will get looked after quickly! This app did what I needed and is very simple to use, and FREE. I created an invoice template and added this link to my Shopify order confirmation email, so as not to send yet another email to the customer. There were a few things that did not look right on the invoice, but the support was able to fix them within a day. I particularly like that I can send invoices in different languages to different customers.
Two things that would make this app better:
1) Make it clearer that you should TURN OFF email automation if you want to add the code to a Shopify email, instead of sending an extra email. That was very confusing to me, and took about 5 emails back and forth with the support team to clarify.
2) Create a packing slip template that does not include prices, similar to Shopify's packing slip template. A lot of our orders are gifts, so I do not want the recipient to see the price paid. For this reason, I will continue to use Shopify packing slips instead of yours.
