Merchants describe this as an easy, beginner‑friendly SEO and speed optimization tool with clear audits showing what to fix. Many report better rankings, click‑throughs, and faster load times from features like auto meta/ALT text, schema, image compression, lazy loading, and bulk optimization. The 404/redirect and structured data tools reduce manual work, and support is frequently praised as fast, patient, and very hands‑on, even on free plans.

Greate app and Support, thank you! And special thanks to Penelope, who helped me solve some issues via chat :) Thank you Penelope!
Responsive customer service support, with helpful information & resources. Special thanks to Christian.
Quick and accurate help. Kaylinn was great, thanks!
good app, significantly sped up my store, that means, less loss of customers due to a frustrating browsing experience. Service was helpful and fast when needing support, Pamela was super helpful!
I had a persistent issue with my structured data that I couldn't quite resolve on my own. I hopped onto the live chat and was connected with Ricky. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and stayed on the line until the error was completely fixed. Top-tier support from Avada SEO—highly recommended if you want your technical SEO handled correctly!"

Great app and customer service.
it was very helpful to work with avada, I have found and solve many issues very fast and speed of my mobile version have changed from 6 into 2.9 seconds. Amazing! Kevin the assistant was very attentive and helpful.
I'm so impressed with this app and their amazing team! I previously hired an seo team to help me, and yet there was still so much I needed to do to improve my seo score. I am not a tech-y person, yet Ricky and the entire customer service team on the app were SO HELPFUL in guiding me through everything,/
I have over 23,000 images in my store, and with one click of a button, I was able to optimize them all.
They also walked me through website schema, optimizing images, and so many other things.
Ricky was there for me in real time on the chat, talking me through it, and even took time to write me an email with step-by-step instructions. Incredible.
Viola was there too. Any time I needed support, someone was on the chat with me right away.
I love this app and am so glad I chose this one above the others.
Very Helpfull.
the most impressive app I've come across on Shopify. I had issues with my SEO and image sizes for thousands of products. Does a lot of what I needed and saved hours of time. The support is super helpful. I've still got LCP issues at https://playerscouture.com but I need a bit of help with that as must be a problem with my them. Solved some problems with Avada in the mean time though
