Initially, I left a 1-star review due to frustration with the Avada SEO & Image Optimizer app's compatibility issues with my template, resulting in website disruption. Fortunately, I had backed up my site before attempting to remove the app, allowing me to revert to a previous state. However, remnants of unused code remained, impacting my site's speed.

Avada proactively reached out to address my concerns, likely prompted by my negative review. Despite opting to resolve the issue independently, they offered assistance in properly removing the app to eliminate unnecessary code from my site. This proactive response led me to reconsider my initial assessment, acknowledging my frustration and the potential loss of work. Avada's dedication to rectifying the situation surpassed my expectations.

Although their proposed solution didn't align with my needs, the sincerity of their efforts is evident in the majority of reviews, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction even if it means losing a customer. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.

Sooo many positive things to say, where do I start? Firstly, my websites SEO was very much so unknown until I installed Avada. After their scan, it not only showed me my score (80/100 at the time) but pin pointed my issues as well. By that I mean not just your generic "meta tags suck" type message, no no Avada went BEYOND that and went full on Plus Ultra! Avada pointed out the exact code that was wrong, specific images on my home page, and so much more. When you do get it, I HIGHLY recommend the Pro plan ($34.99 a month). Yes, it's costly but honestly with what you get in return is extremely worth it! Unlimited photo compressions a month, fantastic SEO monitoring, 24/7 support, it honestly feels like a 24/7 SEO & Site speed up service that does all the hard work in the process. To put it into perspective, I have over 200k products with photos. If I were to compress and edit the alt tags myself, that's over 20hrs of work a MONTH. Avada is SAVING me nearly $1,000 a month with their system, and that's precious time I could be using to promote my buisness which thanks to Avada I now can! Seriously, thank you so much to Toby from the technical team, Juliana and Tiana from the 24/7 live support for making my life so much easier.

I just installed the app and I am not tech savvy so I HAD to seek help with making sure it installed onto my store properly. Sunny and her co-worker Gideon helped with making sure the things that needed to be fixed either they handled or she gave me instructions. I noticed immediate traffic so I also installed a bot protection, I'm sure if this is a coincidence or not so I will give each application so time.

straight forward audit and seo scan, picks up the issues and self explaintary to fix these issues. when needed, the contact us function works really well, i have always received prompt responses and get them fixed straight away while online with their staff. Just installed and so far so good. I had an issue with a previous app not uninstalling completed. I contacted support from Avada and they were on the job quickly. Liz jumped in and looked/located the issue in only moments! Wow, good catch! Now I'll be resolving this issue because I wouldn't expect them to deal with an issue with MY code that has nothing to do with them. Looking forward to using the rest of the suite once I've rectified my issue. Thumbs up!
