Size charts very easy to put together; they look great and are very simple to read for customers. Had a small issue with how it was appearing and Trist from support handled it immediately to my satisfaction. We are looking forward to working with MP and the team.

The App support is one of the best support experiences I've had ever from an app. The team is quick to respond, intelli,gent and knowledable to understand and create solutions. Meanwhile they are polite , friendy and make me feel good to collaborate with. My brand needs a size conversion that can handle customer's body height and measurements together and bring in a recommendation as Petite 2 / Regular 2 / Tall 2 ecc.I've already requested this. I hope you can offer this option in your app. Thank you

We're loving the size chart tool! The automatic unit conversions and customization features are really great. The size recommender was a little tricky at first, with a small learning curve, but we quickly figured it out and now it's simple to adjust our recommended sizing. Plus, the customer service team is always quick to respond and super helpful.
If I could change one thing, it would be to bump up the Growth plan's size recommender limit to 50. That would match up much better with the published size charts. Awesome product overall!

We’ve had a great experience with MP Size Chart! The app is easy to set up and very flexible for different product types. Bulk upload works smoothly and saves us so much time. The charts are clear and professional, and the ability to customize by product/collection is exactly what we needed.
What really stands out is the support team, They are responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Every issue we’ve raised has been resolved quickly.

We were previously using another app that changed to a pricing structure that no longer fit our needs. After evaluating alternatives, this has been the best solution we’ve found for creating custom size charts.
Customer support has been excellent—responsive and quick to implement a specific feature we requested. While there are a few limitations in customizing the appearance of the charts directly within the app (e.g., no built-in option to change cell border colors), these can be addressed with custom CSS.
Overall, we’re very impressed and are moving forward with this as our new size chart solution.
