MP Size Chart & Size Guide

Work very well as it is. Just tried their support the first time to make the size guide appear at 1 of the product and it's fixed within 1-2 minutes of my first message. However, the size guide may not appear once in a few months, we just have to save it one more time for all to appear. Still 5-star worthy.

The support, Prakash in general, is probably the best part. Very responsive and will work until the issue is resolved. The app itself is fairly easily customizable although it feels slightly clunky in a way. I still give it 5 stars because it checks all the boxes, has amazing support, and priced really fairly.

I really like the services provided by the AVADA size chart application. I hope they continue to do an awesome job by providing exceptional customer service as well as input in making the existing charts even better! I received prompt help from Aisha and Emily and wish them all the best for continuing such great work!

This app is very helpful for our customers who are looking at clothing and shoes on our website. Without Avada, we constantly have customers inquiring about how our products will fit them. We have limited staff and do not have the time to respond to every customer inquiry so with Avada, they can find this information for themselves.

OMG, I am pleasantly surprised. The presentation of the App is exactly what I expected. I had an issue installing and lo and behold the chat customer service was available. I gave access to my site, and the job was completed. Thank you Marcus for your great customer service. Thank you Esther for starting the chat and sending me over to Marcus.

the best thing is the live-chat support where customer service politely responds to your issues, immediately. Hana is very responsive, polite and straight to action. take the solution to my issue. very helpful! the hardest thing might be waiting for them to give you a solution, but not hANA. so far they really care, that's the most important thing.

This App was very easy to install and the service was truly exceptional!! Very efficient, fast and extremely accommodating to my needs! I using this app to add different size guides to different products in my store. The initial setup was a little fiddly, but once I worked it out, it was very easy to use. Had a little trouble adding icon to product page, but this was fixed in a couple of minutes thanks too Esther from AVADA Apps support. Great support really helped out. Would recommend!

L'app si integra e funziona benissino su Shopify.
E' intuitiva nella configurazione e nell'uso. Nel caso qualcosa non sia di gradimento o ci sia un intoppo puoi sempre contare sul supporto che risponde molto velocemente e risolve tutto.
Non conoscevo questa società ma visto il servizio e l'assistenza mi informo anche per gli altri prodotti che offre.
La consiglio vivamente.
