There is a bug: It is not working in draft mode, which is really disappointing in edit mode. Additionally it is way overpriced.
Easy to use with shopify. Once I experienced that I was not working with my new theme customer service fixed it within one hour

Not replying to emails, not fixing the issue (widget not showing up in other languages). they ignore emails.
