I was having a hard time setting up my brother QL-800 printer. Ivy from support connected remotely and solved my problem in 2 minutes!

The app works easily and well and the help and support from Ivy was excellent.
Although the SKU coding was not understandable to me, Ivy was so helpful and understood what I want and helped me do what was needed, fast and clearly.
