I have been working with Ivy for a couple of days to figure out why my jewlery labels were not printing out in a way that could be read by my barcode camera. She went above and beyond to help me and after 2 days she figured it out! I am so grateful for the amazing service she provided!

Out of all the apps I have used on the Shopify App store this has to be the best the support from Ivy was second to none and she stayed with for for 1.5 hours helped me setup the system and design labels, do not hesitate in getting this app it is a no brainer!!! The app is easy to figure out and set up, and should you have any issues their customer service is absolutely brilliant! Their staff were able to help me figure out some printing issues and modified a template for me so things fit perfectly.
100% recommend this app. customer service is very helpful, they get any issues resolved at most in 2 days if its complex and theyre kind too. best experience ive had using a barcode app- cant recommend them enough!!
