I had trouble with my printer settings, and Monica remotely fixed the problem for me and made sure I was able to successfully complete the tasks on my own. Her help was greatly appreciated and made it super easy for me to use this app to print barcodes for my boutique. Highly recommend!!

I had an issue with the labels printing and Ivy helped me out step by step. Everything is working now.
It's been super easy to use and create labels. I am not tech-savy so if I say it's easy, you can believe it! Would definitely recommend!

I installed this app, but had a small problem getting it quite right. Connected to MS Barcode by chat line with Li who spent a lot of time to fix. Connected to my computer to fix the settings and the app works exactly how I expected it to.
I have found it hard to get help with most Shopify apps
