They rely on it to generate and print barcodes/SKUs (including EAN) in bulk, with flexible templates, custom sizes, and logos that work well on Dymo, Zebra, and Brother printers. Have had cause to contact support twice since starting to use the product - great response each time and issues resolved. Test printing before contacting support used up some of my 'free' barcodes - other than that, so far the app works, the options on the free version suit our small business and certainly it has been relatively easy to get set up and running
Magestore really helped us to print the barcodes on customised sticker sheet size which is not possible to do in other apps. Its easy to navigate through the app.
Ms. Ivy was of great support and handled our query very patiently and followed up until solved. Thanks a lot.
Having custom scannable barcodes for use on the Shopify POS app have been a game changer for us, and having Magestore has been an integral part of that. We had some issues setting up but their customer support were amazing at iron out the kinks quickly and getting us going. Really great, responsive customer support team, and surprisingly good with implementing customer feedback on their updates.
Very happy with the app, the support is great, response time is generally excellent and they listen to feedback. We had issues in the beginning but they addressed it quickly, and the new pricing plans are flexible and good.
Great app to generate Barcodes. Tested few others, this was the simplest. We had some unique issues on their backend but they promptly addressed the issues and developed a fix overnight.
Wowza! Can't say enough about the customer service I received from Ivy and the team. I had an older Zebra printer using 2up 1x1 labels on a roll. A custom label format was created for us and settings were changed using Helpwire all by this great team. I highly recommend this app.
my agent was kind and helpful and walked me through the process. my only complaint was that they seemed to handling multiple clients at the same time so the wait was really long between messages.
