Excellent communication and responsiveness from the developers! I ran into an issue with one of Beacon’s features and spoke with Jason, who was incredibly quick to not only investigate the issue, but also bring a potential feature improvement to his team.
Feedback like this can often go unnoticed, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. Within just a few days, the feature was updated to better support our company’s workflow. It’s great to see a development team that genuinely listens to its users and acts on their feedback. Thank you Jason and all those who worked on the update!

Installed the app less than a week ago, settings interface ok. After an initial support meeting issue, Beacon rectified and we rescheduled! Otherwise, I wish it supports more than english and japanese, as I need french support but will try to workaround by hardcoding french in the UI.
Hi Amr. I apologize for missing the meeting as there was a scheduling conflict where we forgot to block off our schedule for Sunday due to a major Holiday weekend. I have already reached out to you again to help you get SMS setup correctly! Also, thank you for the feedback on wanting to add a native "French" language.
This app has been absolutely critical for weeding out bad actors. The support is excellent. Easy to set up, powerful enough to grow with you. Saved us from spending needless time and funds to fight fraud.
