This app solves a very real problem., before using Mergify, we were manually checking for duplicate shipments and sometimes missing them. Now we can quickly find orders going to the same customer or address and merge them without the extra hassle.
Great solution for order management. The automatic merge feature is efficient and reliable, helping us avoid duplicate shipments and streamline fulfillment.
A customer placed two separate small orders by mistake, and I found out that Mergify could help combine orders so I can consolidate the orders to ship as one shipment. As a first time user of Mergify, I encountered some issues merging the two orders. I set up a call with Mergify on Saturday 9.30am and I told Aliz from Mergify the problem I encountered, he was able to identify the problem quickly and although it was something that needed to involve his team to fix it. By 10.52am the same day he emailed me confirming the issue was fixed. I was finally able to ship out the merged orders to my customer. Aliz was incredibly efficient and helpful!

I like that it does not feel overcomplicated. We can merge orders manually when we want to check everything ourselves, and use suggestions when we want to move faster
This app works great to merge orders and when I had questions about functionality, the support team worked with me to better understand what was happening. My only desire would be for the documentation to be a little more clear, but other than that, no complaints.

Such a handy app! It helped me manage my store's orders efficiently. I did all the merging stuff manually before; it created a nightmare situation, especially in campaigns.
