Great app for adding a contact us form to your online store. Very easy to set up! I loved that you can change the background, add the form to your main menu, etc.
Very easy and good way to add a "contact us" form in my contact us page of my website. I highly recommend it as it look really professional and you can also add your logo on the form.
My favorite new contact form. I LOVE how much you can customize it with art, colors, fields etc. They also don't fill up your contact correspondence with advertising links. Super easy to integrate and worked immediately on my first try. This app rocks!
