We’ve been working with the BeyondCart team to build a custom mobile app for our business, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, they have been incredibly responsive, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality results tailored to our needs.
One of the standout aspects has been their willingness to go the extra mile—developing custom features specifically for our use case, which made a big difference in our app’s functionality. Their recent expansion to include a dedicated Customer Success Manager has also ensured that we always have a reliable point of contact.
The founders themselves are friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about their clients’ success. From what we can tell, they also seem to have a solid background and longer experience in tech and development. That definitely shows in how structured, well thought-out, and technically sound their implementation process is.
We also compared several mobile app providers before deciding on BeyondCart, and they clearly stood out in terms of price-performance.
Another major advantage of BeyondCard is the advanced segmentation and targeting capabilities. The ability to build very granular audience segments based on even the smallest user actions within the app has allowed us to run highly tailored push notification campaigns. This level of control is extremely valuable for a brand like ours, since we serve different customer segments and target groups with varying needs and behaviors.
