We had specific requirements for the checkout in our webshop and chose Blockify because it was the easiest way to implement exactly what we needed. The app offers great flexibility when creating checkout rules and adapts well to individual use cases.
During the setup, we encountered an issue while creating one of the checkout rules. We reached out to the support team, and Sophia responded immediately. She was able to identify and fix the problem within a very short time and got our checkout rule up and running again.

Cam was absolutely fantastic walking me through the apps and setting it up to help with the bot issue I had. She had great knowledge and explained it to me so I could understand and I fully trusted her to do the job she knows best. On top of this she also helped with another unrelated issue I was having and got that fixed that other people I've spoken to couldn't. Overall the customer service and expertise was outstanding and I would recommend this product to others. Thanks Cam!
