Unfortunately, our support team wasn’t able to assist you in time before the issue escalated, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Please know that your concerns were not ignored — our product owner has since reached out to you via email to provide a detailed explanation of what happened and how we plan to prevent this in the future.
We truly care about your experience and would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to review that message. We would love the opportunity to assist you directly with that.
