I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. I installed Blockify on the advice of people who know a lot about this stuff. But they are busy and couldnt' help me sort out setup for my store. So I reached out to Blockify through chat and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Anna to determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. She was super patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful customer support. We were configuring a complex Shopify Markets setup with a dedicated Japan Market and needed a very specific redirect behavior. The Blockify team took the time to fully understand our requirements, customized the redirect rules for our store, and helped us test everything until it worked perfectly.

Our site was constantly being hit with bot and spam orders, creating a lot of extra work for our team and making it difficult to keep our customer and order data clean. Since installing this app, the problem has almost completely stopped. It was easy to set up, has been very reliable, and hasn’t added any noticeable friction for legitimate customers. If your Shopify store is dealing with fake orders or automated checkout attacks, this app is definitely worth trying.

Been using the app over 6 months. Works great, and fairly easy to set up. It is helpful to have other 3rd party apps for further tracking data. Support is fast and easy and they fixed my problem quickly.

The Enterprise plan is worth the money if you are trying to block anyone who has filed chargebacks. I've used their customer service chat for assistance and worked with Lynn who was amazing. I highly recommend this app. Within minutes of adding the checkout blocker, it caught the fraudster I've been having an issue with.
