The app is blocking so many other apps from my website, and we just can not fix it. We tried to contact you for so long, but no luck. Would love to change this review to 5 stars, but for now it looks impossible.
Hi there, we’re truly sorry you’ve had to deal with this, especially after trying for so long to reach us. We understand how disruptive it is when an app interferes with other apps on your Shopify store, and this isn’t the experience we want for you.
We’ve carefully checked our support inbox but we still can’t find your earlier message. The last conversation we have on file is from December, so we’ve reached out to you again to get a few details and properly investigate what’s happening on your store. I hope you can give us another chance, we’ll prioritize this and work with you until it’s resolved.

I have had so many issues with spam email sign ups and the wrong traffic. I have stumbled across Blockify after Google AI search, and installed it. I have had exceptional customer service from Vincent who literally walked me through the set-up and identified what I must do regards turning which features on etc. Vincent mentioned that they also offer a discount app called Parento - P Quantity Breaks and Discounts which looks really good to increase AOV. I feel I can breathe again now I have this app protecting my store. I will update again later after a few weeks to let you all know how things go, however, so far, customer service is 120%

I have been struggling for 3 months trying to figure out why Ashburn Virginia bots continued to hammer my website. I had them location blocked and still they continued to get in. I have been exporting Ashburn ip addresses and manually blocking them (like 6k ip's) and that would slow them down for a week or so but they would just get new ip's so never stopped them. I tried chatting with support several times but it was never put together why this was happening - other than I had the United States whitelisted (which overrides all blocks lists) and every time i turned that whitelisting off all of my US customers got blocked! Well today I got Florence in the help chat. She dug deep into my issue and figured out that I had blocked all Non-EU countries. That would include the US of course! With Florence's help I was able to get the settings I had wrong fixed and now my US whitelist can be turned off and will no longer override my location block of Ashburn Virginia! Thank you Florence!

Excellent. I had not understood the importance of blocking bad traffic. My conversion rate was 0.18% but when I manually removed all the undesired traffic, the conversion rate was 2%. This was stopping Google from optimising correctly as I had a high bounce rate etc.... Florence helped me set up my filters in minutes. Super helpful. Thank you.

We were hit with a major carding attack with hundreds of fraudulent orders using stolen credit cards over 10+ days. Blockify stopped the bleeding almost immediately. VPN/proxy blocking caught 39 fraud visitors on day one with zero fraud orders getting through. Anna from support went above and beyond, jumping in during their holiday break to help us enable beta features and review our configuration.
