Thanks to Blockify for helping to protect stores where Shopify frankly fails. We were getting millions of site visitor's a day, who sadly weren't real customers! The app and support of the team has stopped this and we are now trying a feature to reduce the bot checkouts with the of the Blockify team. They are always very responsive, thank you.

We recently encountered increased fraud attempts from foreign countries. Blockify’s blocking filters helped us to stop this fraudulent activity and better secure our website. Edit: The bots have continued but customer service has been very helpful in finding other parameters to help stop it.

Set up was quick and straight forward. We are able to block visitors based on ip of fraudulent users, and block checkout based on a variety of parameters. We can also witelist users if we choose to. The support is great, they quickly route you to a human support person, and don't waste your time with an AI widget who can't fully understand your question. Each person I've engaged with gave us clear recommendations on optimizations to make based on our needs and suspicious activity. Delivers great value, would definitely recommend.
