Blockify Fraud Filter, Blocker

Our store gets so much bot traffic from Ashburn, VA, not to mention the international bots that we know aren't real shoppers (we have a USA only delivery radius, no international sales.)

This tool seems to catch a lot of that traffic and block it.
Hopefully this will improve our analytics about our true customer browsing sessions, in addition to hindering the copycat site stealers that have scraped our digital assets in the past.

Blockify has been a great tool for protecting my store. It lets me easily block suspicious IPs, countries, and bots, and even catches VPN and proxy users. However, when I returned for further help, the experience was disappointing. Despite my earlier feedback, I was kept waiting for ages while being asked to make changes I couldn’t implement myself. The excuse given was that Ben was dealing with other customers, but it felt like I’d been deprioritised after already leaving a good review. Eventually, he did sort it out, but only after a frustrating amount of back-and-forth.

All in all, the app itself is excellent—but the support experience left a bit to be desired the second time around.
