The customer support is amazing. As soon as we added the app, we received an email to set up an intro call. This call was super helpful in making sure all the options were enabled and the loyalty page was created correctly. I highly recommend BLOY. there are many options for earning and redeeming rewards including social media interaction which is so important to our small business.
Love everything about it - its easy to manage, the program lifts off so easily, very clearly designed, easy to figure out the best options for your clients. The customer service is quick and easy to work with and respond fast if any issue. love, love love!!! definitely use it
