Application parfaite pour créer un programme de fidélité haut de gamme. Interface intuitive, personnalisation complète (renommage de la monnaie, textes premium, widget élégant), et système VIP basé sur la LTV.

Le support early bird est réactif. Seule suggestion d'amélioration : pouvoir baser le maintien VIP sur le nombre de commandes (et pas seulement le montant dépensé).

Recommandé pour les marques premium qui veulent un programme fidélité sans remises €, uniquement des cadeaux physiques.

It’s excellent. The support team is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the features are well-rounded and comprehensive. It saves me at least $100 every month, allowing me to allocate the money to where it’s needed most.

BLOY has been a breath of fresh air! The interface is super easy to use and seamlessly blends in with Shopify UI so everything feels smooth and easy to use.

Its packed with features that will allow you to really allow you to offer your customers a fully fledged Loyalty Programme.

This super helpful and responsive team uploaded my customer rewards data for me, which was a transition from our old Quickbooks POS.

I am very happy with the customization options which have allowed me to design a completely new reward system.

In addition, using BLOY and reading their blog posts has reframed my view on rewards. I have had a bricks and mortar business for 20 years and our reward system started on index cards (no kidding!) When we migrated to a desktop POS, we kept the same simple format, i.e. spend $, get $.

Now, with BLOY I am thinking more strategically about how to use our rewards program to drive more traffic. This thinking will help us as we transition to adding online sales to our bricks and mortar shop. I anticipate it will become a touchpoint with those online customers we never get to see in person.

j'adore l'application. Facile à configurer, interface intuitive et excellent programme de fidélité pour shopify. Le support est réactif et les fonctionnalités gratuites sont très utiles.

BLOY's team is prompt at responding and incredibly helpful. I messaged them for help adding the program to my Shopify POS and it took maybe 5 minutes from the time I contacted them to my POS setup being complete. Very pleased with this app and how customizeable it is as well.

My score is based entirely based on my experience setting up the app as we have not had it running that long yet.
At first setting up the app looked as if it was going to be a little overwhelming but each step is clearly guided so even those without much experience with Shopify, like myself, shouldn't have any issues at all. There is even a short video guide you can follow along with for the more complicated parts. I honestly didn't need any support but the support team have been in contact to ensure we are happy with everything so far which I honestly found surprising. I can genuinely heavily recommend this based on my experience so far.
