Just starting to use the app, and set up has been smooth. The app's IU is a lot simpler than Klaviyo, which I also just set up. I will experience it in action only from tomorrow, and some questions about whether I'm properly set up and prepared for the app to kick in to Shopify POS, but feeling positive and appreciative of the ease by which BLOY has quickly and simply addressed our loyalty program needs.
Easy to understand interface and awesome customer service <3
I was looking for alternatives to another app I was using, and then found BLOY. It's the best app right now - integrates with many other apps and is super easy to use. It's highly customizable as well.
L’app è estremamente facile da usare, anche per chi non è particolarmente esperto: tutto è intuitivo e ben organizzato, permettendo di orientarsi fin da subito senza difficoltà. Questo è un grande punto di forza, perché rende l’esperienza piacevole e senza stress.
L’interfaccia è pulita, moderna e ben studiata. Mi è piaciuto molto il design: semplice ma curato nei dettagli, con una disposizione chiara delle funzioni che facilita davvero l’utilizzo quotidiano. Non ci si perde tra mille opzioni, ma allo stesso tempo non manca nulla di importante.
Un altro aspetto che merita di essere sottolineato è il team di supporto. Sono disponibili, gentili e veloci nel rispondere: si percepisce attenzione verso l’utente e la volontà di risolvere eventuali problemi in modo efficace.
In generale, consiglio Bloy a chi cerca un’app funzionale, intuitiva e supportata da un team affidabile. Un’ottima esperienza complessiva.

I had some questions and Annette helped me so quick with nice attitude. I really appreciate it. And the app itself is really easy to set up! You can customize the VIP tiers for free. I think that's one of the biggest advantages! I highly recommend BLOY :)
