ACHTUNG, die App hinterlässt auch nach der NACH der Deinstallation "Schreibgeschützte Kunden-Metafelder" in Bereich "Kunden-Metafelder"
Die Felder lassen sich nicht entfernen !!
UPDATE: Der Support hat schnell reagiert und die Schreibgeschützten Kunden-Metafelder per Hand gelöscht.
Dennoch bleibe ich bei der 1 Sterne Bewertung.
Das geht einfach nicht, zudem hat mich das ganze x Stunden an Zeit gekostet, vom Ärger mal ganz abgesehen. Zudem weiss ich nicht ob der Bug behoben wurde oder nicht.
Entschuldigen Sie bitte die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir haben Sie direkt kontaktiert, um die Situation besser zu verstehen und zu klären. Gleichzeitig möchten wir bestätigen, dass alle kundenbezogenen Metafelder, die mit der App verbunden waren, inzwischen vollständig entfernt wurden.
