BonLoyalty has been so good right from the start.
First of all the app is amazing, with so much customisability, and it just looks and works great, and it is so easy for our customers to use.
When we have needed support their team has been consistently amazing, and very prompt to reply, especially Ann who has helped us several times.
Even for more complicated issues, their dev team have been really helpful too, to make sure we get the results we want every time!
I wholeheartedly recommend this app for all your loyalty rewards.

While the app does have some limitations (as most apps do) , the team has always been very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we encounter an issue or need guidance. Their support has made a big difference, and we really appreciate how attentive and easy they are to work with.
