Been looking for an alternative for Calendly which integrates directly with Shopify and this has ticked all the boxes for my needs. When needing help, customer support has been quick an responding and implementing fixes and solutions where needed. Would recommend
Thanks for the great review! We’re glad BookThatApp has been a good fit and that our support team could help. We really appreciate the recommendation!
We’ve been using the app for over a year to manage our classes, and it’s made our day-to-day operations so much easier. It saves us time, improves the customer experience, and the BTA team is always responsive and quick to help. Highly recommend!
Thanks so much for sticking with us for over a year, were glad the app's made running your classes smoother and freed up your time. We're always ready to support you whenever you need us!
Had a spot of bother with one of our events disappearing but it was a simple fix in the back end of the settings. Rob from the BTA team helped me quickly to resolve the issue and explained simply why it happened.
Other than that the app is pretty easy to use once you know what you doing. It looks clean and simple for the customers too.
Very good to know there is an active team behind the scenes willing and able to help when we get things a bit wrong. Thanks Rob!
