So far, so good. Yaci answered my questions, was patient with us and provided good onboarding service for our online store. As a boutique company with heavy competition in the mid-high ticket accessories space, its imperative for us to have proper SEO functionality. Hoping everything continues to go smoothly and we grow both in google ranking, speed and overall site efficiency.

I reached out on the chat because I was unclear on a few functions. Izzy was very friendly, even added some cute gifs and fun personality. She was able to answer my questions and provide me links for more info if I needed. I have used the app for a long time and have seen improvement on my SEO. It's nice that it's automated and works for me when I am not working.

I am going with three stars (originally 2) simply because their chat support tried to help. I have been using this SEO app for sometime and my SEO has gotten worse. I find out my meta descriptions are 249 or more and not 160 or less. I have the app controlling all of this. Needless to say I will be shopping for a new SEO app immediately. Tier 2 support is going to look at my site but they need time to review. This app made me feel great like every thing was going well, only to find out it is in fact not..

I dont know if Booster App does what it claims, but I do know it is overpriced for what it offers. The support feels generic and unhelpful—responses seem templated rather than actually addressing specific issues. If they’re going to charge this much, they need to provide better, real-time support instead of making users wait with vague replies. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. There's too much flattery and not enough depth. How could have support been more helpful? By giving me a tailored response as to how Booster has made any impact on our bottom line.

They just care about Sales, adding more users, nothing more.

I just got off customer support chat with Yaci, she was super helpful. Gave me the information I needed straightaway. Had a look at the store, suggested changes and offered help were needed. I've been using this app for a while now without any major hiccups, it has been a great tool overall. Great work guys!
