I recently had the pleasure of using the SEO Schema app and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service provided by their team. Not only did they respond to my inquiries promptly, but they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and issues were resolved.
What impressed me the most was their willingness to assist me even on the weekend. I had an non-urgent matter that needed to be addressed and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within minutes, even though it was outside of their normal business hours.
The app itself is also fantastic - it's user-friendly and packed with features that have made my life easier. But what really sets the SEO Schema app apart is their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a reliable, efficient tool backed by a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Thank you so much for your kind review and feedback!

APP does not work. we had upgraded to the higher version & found some issues, we asked for refund, Refund does not happen, we had requested for a refund, no revert from the team,
Hi Zenith Nutrition,
We are extremely sorry for the cause. Since we had a conversation before the refund process was delay as there was an issue from shopify only there tech team was in our contact to get the issue fixed.
Since, now this is fixed we have already issued the refund.

Best Regards,
They helped me manually. My site now receives 173% more visits (I had to wait 8 weeks after paying for the App but the initial results were seen after 3 weeks). THANKS to You and to APP!!!!!
Hi Negozio Online Prodotti Herbalife - Distributore Ufficiale Herbalife,
We are extremely sorry for the cause. The information that was provided to you is because as per Shopify record you uninstalled the app because you claimed that your metadeta are linked with the old domain after you changed domain to the site and this was submited by you on 28th july 2021.
So on the basis of this information it was told to you that the app was uninstalled by you purposely. So since you deleted the app and you try to login again it was treating you as a new user and hence was asking for payment which is genuine.
But, We are ready to help you we tried reaching out you on emails so as to active the account with no additional cost but we did not get response from you.
Please let us know you can write us at support@webrexstudio.com
Best Regards,

This app is quite a handful! So much options, so many improvements to make SEO-wise. Take your time to scroll around and let yourself be guided towards better SEO scores! Plus points for the very friendly personal assistance that’s available!
One point for improvement would be to offer the option to easily purchase credits to use some of the app's features.
This is one of the few applications that supports the hasVariant feature. We’ve integrated this valuable schema functionality, which is particularly useful for platforms like Shopify that focus on variants. We truly appreciate your assistance.
Cordiali saluti,
Il Team Webrex
