It’s praised for quickly applying tracking from CSVs, automating shipping emails, handling partial fulfillment, and reducing errors. It is a great free APP, does help us a lot. It takes some time to process orders, which is slightly slower than the previous app we used. We have more than one tracking number for some of the orders, it does show the number one by one clearly. I hope there is a function for "cancel fulfillment" just incase there is something wrong and we need to undo what we have done. thank you!
very easy to use
Thank you so much for your review! I’m really glad to hear you found the app easy to use. I’ve worked hard to keep things simple and intuitive, so it means a lot to me to hear that. I truly appreciate your support!
We're using the app for about a year. It is user friendly and saves us 2 hours a day. Steve, maker of Upatra reads every email personally and helps quickly.
